🍛 Potato Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL garam masala
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop potatoes and cauliflower into small pieces.
- 2. Dice onion and tomato.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
- 4. Add the tomato and sauté for a short while.
- 5. Add potatoes, cauliflower, cumin, and garam masala. Mix well.
- 6. Add some water and let the vegetables simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- 7. Season with salt and serve.
