🥗 Aloo Gobi - Potato and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 300g Potatoes
- 200g Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut potatoes and cauliflower into small pieces.
- 2. Chop onion and ginger finely, and sauté in a pan with oil.
- 3. Add the tomato and sauté briefly.
- 4. Sprinkle in cumin and turmeric, mix well.
- 5. Add potatoes and cauliflower, stir and cook on medium heat.
- 6. Season with salt and add water if necessary.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
