Ingredients
- 100 Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 50 Milk
- 1 Baking Powder
- 1 Cinnamon
- 20 butter
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- 2. Add almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- 3. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
- 4. Heat butter in a pan and add a ladle of batter.
- 5. Cook pancake until both sides are golden brown.
- 6. Serve with syrup or berries.
