Ingredients
- 300 g Ground meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL pepper
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 3. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- 4. Shape into small balls and fry in olive oil until brown.
- 5. Simmer in tomato sauce for 20 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
