  1. 1. Soak the bread cubes in the milk. Squeeze out the milk later.
  2. 2. Chop the onion and garlic very finely.
  3. 3. Mix the ground meat, squeezed bread, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form 16 small balls.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown.
  5. 5. Pour the tomato puree over the balls. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the paprika powder over the meatballs and let it cook for 1 minute.
  7. 7. Serve the meatballs with the sauce directly from the pan.
