🍝 Spanish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 80 g White bread (cubed)
- 50 ml Milk
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Stk. Garlic cloves
- 400 ml Tomato puree
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread cubes in the milk. Squeeze out the milk later.
- 2. Chop the onion and garlic very finely.
- 3. Mix the ground meat, squeezed bread, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form 16 small balls.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown.
- 5. Pour the tomato puree over the balls. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle the paprika powder over the meatballs and let it cook for 1 minute.
- 7. Serve the meatballs with the sauce directly from the pan.
