🍝 Spanish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Ground beef
- 100 g White bread
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 Stk. Egg
- 3 Stk. Garlic cloves
- 400 g Canned peeled tomatoes
- 10 g Sweet paprika powder
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 8 g Salt
- 10 g Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread in the milk and squeeze it out well.
- 2. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
- 3. Mix the ground meat, squeezed bread, egg, garlic, half of the parsley, salt, and paprika powder in a bowl until homogeneous.
- 4. Form about 20 meatballs of equal size with your hands.
- 5. Brown the meatballs on all sides in a large skillet with some olive oil and remove them.
- 6. Pour off the excess fat and add the canned tomatoes to the skillet. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes.
- 7. Return the meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 8. Chop the remaining parsley and sprinkle it over the meatballs.
