  1. 1. Soak the bread in the milk and squeeze it out well.
  2. 2. Press the garlic through a press or chop it finely.
  3. 3. Mix the ground meat, squeezed bread, egg, garlic, half of the parsley, salt, and paprika powder in a bowl until homogeneous.
  4. 4. Form about 20 meatballs of equal size with your hands.
  5. 5. Brown the meatballs on all sides in a large skillet with some olive oil and remove them.
  6. 6. Pour off the excess fat and add the canned tomatoes to the skillet. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Return the meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Chop the remaining parsley and sprinkle it over the meatballs.
