  1. 1. Mix breadcrumbs with milk in a small bowl and let soak for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Knead mince, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and half of the dry spices in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Form approx. 20 small meatballs (Albóndigas) by hand.
  4. 4. Sauté onions in olive oil in a large pot until translucent.
  5. 5. Brown meatballs on all sides for approx. 5 minutes until firm.
  6. 6. Add canned tomatoes, beef broth, and remaining spices. Cover pot and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Let sauce reduce slightly, adjust seasoning, and serve with fresh parsley.
