  1. 1. Soak breadcrumbs with milk and squeeze dry.
  2. 2. Dice onion and garlic finely.
  3. 3. Mix minced meat with soaked breadcrumbs, half the onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. 4. With wet hands, form approx. 20 equal-sized meatballs.
  5. 5. Heat olive oil in a large pot and brown meatballs on all sides.
  6. 6. Add remaining onion and sweat until translucent.
  7. 7. Add tomatoes, beef stock and paprika powder and bring to a boil.
  8. 8. Return meatballs to the sauce, cover with lid and simmer on low heat for approx. 25 minutes.
  9. 9. Season sauce to taste and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
