Ingredients
- 300g Chicken
- 300g Potatoes
- 150g Corn
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic
- 1 Bund Cilantro
- 100ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Sauté chicken with onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 2. Add potatoes and corn, pour in water, and bring to boil.
- 3. Simmer until potatoes are tender and broth thickens.
- 4. Serve with cream and fresh cilantro.
