Ingredients
- 250g cooked chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 Aji Amarillo (chili)
- 2 Scheiben toast bread
- 200ml milk
- 50g nuts (cashew)
- 200g potatoes
Instructions
- 1. Shred chicken and set aside.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add Aji Amarillo and sauté briefly.
- 4. Soak toast in milk and then puree.
- 5. Add puree, chicken, and nuts to the pan and mix well.
- 6. Serve with cooked potatoes.
