🍽️ Airfryer Tempeh with Sesame-Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 200g Tempeh
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 2 EL Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tempeh into small, approximately 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Pat the cubes dry with paper towel so they get crispy.
- 3. Toss the tempeh cubes with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- 4. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and chop them finely.
- 5. Mix the chopped garlic with the remaining soy sauce and the lemon juice.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Place the marinated tempeh cubes into the air fryer basket.
- 8. Cook the tempeh at 180 °C for 15 minutes, turning after 7.5 minutes, until golden brown.
- 9. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown.
- 10. Heat the garlic-soy mixture in a pot for 2 minutes until it bubbles.
- 11. Remove the tempeh from the air fryer and put it into a bowl.
- 12. Pour the hot sauce over the tempeh and toss well to coat.
- 13. Sprinkle the dish with the toasted sesame seeds.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately; the tempeh is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
