🍽️ Airfryer Tempeh with Ginger Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 200g Tempeh
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL, fein gehackt Ginger
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 1 EL Canola Oil
- 2 Zehen, fein gehackt Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tempeh into even, approximately 2 cm cubes.
- 2. Pat the cubes dry with paper towel so they get crispy.
- 3. Place the tempeh cubes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
- 4. Toss the cubes until they are thinly and evenly coated with oil.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp ginger, and 1 tbsp garlic.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C until the appliance is ready.
- 7. Place the tempeh cubes in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- 8. Fry the tempeh at 180 °C for 10 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- 9. Shake the basket vigorously to ensure even cooking on all sides.
- 10. Fry the tempeh for another 5 minutes, until it is crispy on the outside and firm inside.
- 11. Remove the tempeh from the air fryer and place it in the bowl with the sauce.
- 12. Gently toss the cubes until they are completely coated with the sauce.
- 13. Serve the tempeh immediately on plates to keep it crispy.
- 14. The dish is perfect when the tempeh is golden brown and the sauce adheres with a shine.
