🍛 Airfryer Spinach Curry Wrap

Ingredients
- 2 Tortillas (8 cm diameter)
- 100 fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 curry powder
- 1 soy sauce
- 2 olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the 100 g fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water.
- 2. Pat the spinach dry with a kitchen towel so it doesn't release water.
- 3. Peel the 1 onion and dice it finely.
- 4. Peel the 1 garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 5. Wash the 1 tomato and dice it into small cubes.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C until it beeps.
- 7. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 8. Sauté the onion cubes for about 3 minutes, until they are translucent and soft.
- 9. Add the chopped garlic and sauté it for 1 minute.
- 10. Add the spinach and wilt it for 2 minutes, until it collapses.
- 11. Stir in 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- 12. Fold in the tomato cubes and let the filling rest for 1 minute.
- 13. Place the 2 tortillas individually in the air fryer and warm them for 2 minutes.
- 14. Fill the warm tortillas with the spinach mixture and roll them up tightly.
- 15. Place the wraps back in the air fryer and fry them for 3 minutes at 180 °C until crispy.
- 16. Cut the wraps diagonally and serve them immediately hot.
