Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 4 Scheiben White bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Bund Dill
- 2 EL Sour Cream
- 1 Lemon
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it, or it will become mushy.
- 3. Season the salmon with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Rub the seasoning in well.
- 4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket. Cook it for 10 minutes at 180 °C, until it flakes easily with a fork.
- 5. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Dice the pulp into cubes.
- 6. Mash the avocado cubes in a bowl with a fork. Leave it slightly chunky.
- 7. Finely chop 1 bunch of dill. Make sure no large leaves remain.
- 8. Juice the lemon. Take the juice of half a lemon for the sauce.
- 9. Mix the avocado with 2 tbsp sour cream, the dill, and lemon juice. Season to taste.
- 10. Remove the salmon from the air fryer. Flake it into bite-sized pieces. Let it rest briefly.
- 11. Place the 4 slices of white bread in the air fryer basket. Toast them for 2 minutes at 180 °C, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 12. Spread the avocado-dill sauce generously on two slices of bread. Use all of it.
- 13. Distribute the salmon pieces on the clean bread slices. Place them in the center of the bread.
- 14. Cover the topped slices with the clean slices. Press them lightly.
- 15. Place the sandwiches in the air fryer. Cook them for 3 minutes at 180 °C, until the bread is just warm and not crispier.
- 16. Take the sandwiches out. Cut them diagonally. The salmon is juicy and the bread is warm.
