🍛 Airfryer Potato Curry Chips

Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 1 TL Curry Powder
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 400 g potatoes completely with a peeler.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into roughly 3 mm thick, even sticks.
- 3. Rinse the sticks in a bowl with cold water until the water runs clear.
- 4. Pat the potato sticks completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Put the dry sticks into a large bowl.
- 6. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon curry powder, salt and pepper.
- 7. Toss the sticks with your hands until they are evenly seasoned.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 9. Place the potato sticks in the basket in a single layer.
- 10. Cook the chips in the air fryer at 200 °C for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown.
- 11. Remove the chips when they are golden brown and crispy.
- 12. Let the chips drain on a plate for 2 minutes.
- 13. Serve the chips immediately so they don't get soft.
