Ingredients
- 2 2 Hamburger Buns
- 200 200 g Ground Beef
- 150 150 g Cheddar
- 1 1 Tomato
- 100 100 g Salad Leaves
- 2 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes and is important for the cooking time.
- 2. Wash the 1 tomato and the salad leaves under cold water. Then pat them dry.
- 3. Cut the tomato into 4 to 6 thin slices. Set them aside.
- 4. Divide the 200 g ground beef into two equal portions. Form them into flat, round patties.
- 5. Place the meat patties directly into the air fryer basket. Make sure they don't touch.
- 6. Cook the patties at 180 °C for 4 minutes. Flip them after half the time (at 2 minutes).
- 7. Place the 150 g cheddar in 2 slices on top of the patties. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- 8. Cut the 2 hamburger buns horizontally. Spread the insides with the 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- 9. Take the patties out of the air fryer. Place them on the bottom half of the buns.
- 10. Distribute the tomato slices and salad leaves evenly over the patties.
- 11. Close the burgers with the top bun halves. Press them gently.
- 12. Cut the wraps diagonally. Serve them immediately, while the cheese is still melting.
