Ingredients
- 2 Beef Steak (about 200g per serving)
- 50g Butter
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TL Rosemary
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Take the 2 beef steaks from the refrigerator and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2. Let the steaks rest at room temperature for 15 minutes so they cook evenly.
- 3. Peel the 2 garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
- 4. Chop 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary finely, if you haven't already.
- 5. Melt the 50g butter in a small bowl in the microwave or a saucepan.
- 6. Stir the chopped garlic, rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper into the warm butter.
- 7. Rub the steaks generously with the rosemary-butter mixture on both sides.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C so it has hot air ready.
- 9. Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.
- 10. Cook the steaks for 10 minutes at 200 °C, flipping them halfway through until they are golden brown.
- 11. Remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
- 12. Slice the steaks to redistribute the juices evenly.
- 13. Pour the remaining butter from the bowl over the sliced steaks.
- 14. Serve the steak immediately; it’s perfect when juicy and warm.
