🍽️ Airfryer Beef Filet Steak with Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
- 200g Beef Filet Steak
- 400g Potatoes
- 1 Bund Rosemary
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the 400 g potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the potatoes completely with a peeler.
- 3. Cut the potatoes into roughly 2 cm sized, even cubes.
- 4. Pat the potato cubes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and press them finely through a garlic press.
- 6. Wash the bunch of rosemary and pluck the needles from the woody stems.
- 7. Chop the rosemary needles very finely so they don’t remain stringy.
- 8. Put the potato cubes into a large bowl.
- 9. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, the chopped garlic and half of the rosemary to the potatoes.
- 10. Season with half of the salt and pepper and mix everything well.
- 11. Rub the beef fillet steak with the remaining marinade (oil, rosemary, salt, pepper).
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C until it beeps.
- 13. Put the potato cubes into the air fryer basket and shake vigorously after 10 minutes.
- 14. Remove the crispy potatoes and keep them warm.
- 15. Place the fillet steak into the hot air fryer at 200 °C.
- 16. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes on a board before you slice it.
- 17. Slice the steak and serve it with the potatoes.
