Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100g flour
- 150ml milk
- 1 TL baking powder
- 1 TL vanilla sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 2 ripe bananas and mash them in a large bowl with a fork until smooth.
- 2. Add the 2 eggs to the banana mixture and whisk vigorously until well combined.
- 3. Add the 100 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
- 4. Stir in the dry ingredients until no flour clumps remain.
- 5. Pour the 150 ml milk into the batter and stir until smooth and the consistency of pancake batter.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Select top/bottom heat if available for even browning.
- 7. Grease a small, heatproof dish (like a muffin tin or small baking dish) in the air fryer with a little oil.
- 8. Pour about 3–4 tablespoons of batter into the prepared dish. Fill it only halfway, as the batter will rise.
- 9. Place the dish in the preheated air fryer and bake the pancake for approximately 8–10 minutes at 180 °C, until golden brown.
- 10. Check for doneness after 8 minutes: a toothpick should come out clean from the pancake.
- 11. Remove the dish and let the pancake rest for 2 minutes to firm up.
- 12. Repeat steps 8 to 11 with the remaining batter until all pancakes are baked.
- 13. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and cover them loosely to keep them warm.
- 14. Serve the pancakes warm with honey or maple syrup. They are perfect when juicy inside and slightly crispy outside.
