Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the avocado and the lemon under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado lengthwise in half and remove the pit.
  3. 3. Scoop the avocado flesh out with a spoon and put it into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon directly into the bowl with the avocado.
  5. 5. Combine the avocado with the 50 g cream cheese to make a smooth cream.
  6. 6. Wash the arugula and pat it completely dry with a paper towel.
  7. 7. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized strips or small pieces.
  8. 8. Lay the 2 tortillas flat on your work surface and spread half of the avocado cream on each.
  9. 9. Distribute the arugula evenly over the avocado cream, but leave a border around the edge.
  10. 10. Place the smoked salmon strips on the arugula and press them down gently.
  11. 11. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom edge and press the edges to seal.
  12. 12. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C so the salmon doesn’t dry out immediately.
  13. 13. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  14. 14. Cook the wraps for about 3 minutes, until the tortilla is lightly golden brown and crispy.
  15. 15. Carefully remove the wraps and cut them diagonally in half.
  16. 16. Serve the wraps immediately so the filling doesn’t spill and the tortilla stays crispy.
