- 50 50g Cream Cheese

- 4. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon directly into the bowl with the avocado.
- 5. Combine the avocado with the 50 g cream cheese to make a smooth cream.
- 6. Wash the arugula and pat it completely dry with a paper towel.
- 7. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized strips or small pieces.
- 8. Lay the 2 tortillas flat on your work surface and spread half of the avocado cream on each.
- 9. Distribute the arugula evenly over the avocado cream, but leave a border around the edge.
- 10. Place the smoked salmon strips on the arugula and press them down gently.
- 11. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom edge and press the edges to seal.
- 12. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C so the salmon doesn’t dry out immediately.

- 14. Cook the wraps for about 3 minutes, until the tortilla is lightly golden brown and crispy.
- 15. Carefully remove the wraps and cut them diagonally in half.
- 16. Serve the wraps immediately so the filling doesn’t spill and the tortilla stays crispy.
