🍳 Airfryer Apple Pancake

Ingredients
- 150 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Apple
- 1 TL Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 2. Slice the apple into thin, even pieces.
- 3. Combine 150 g flour, 50 g sugar, and 1 tsp baking powder in a bowl.
- 4. Crack 2 eggs into a second bowl.
- 5. Stir 300 ml milk into the beaten eggs.
- 6. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- 7. Gently fold the apple slices into the batter.
- 8. Melt 30 g butter in the air fryer form and grease it.
- 9. Pour the batter into the greased form.
- 10. Bake the pancake for about 12 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
- 11. Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon evenly over the hot surface.
- 12. Check for doneness: a toothpick should come out clean. Serve it immediately.
