Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1 Lemons
- 1 Bund Dill
- 30g Butter
- 100ml Cream
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and preheat it for 3 minutes.
- 2. Pat 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it!
- 3. Rub 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper evenly over the salmon.
- 4. Place the fillet in the air fryer basket. Make sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
- 5. Cook the salmon for 12 minutes at 180 °C, until it is golden brown.
- 6. Juice the lemons and set the juice aside.
- 7. Wash 1 bunch of dill and shake it dry.
- 8. Finely chop the dill leaves. Only cut the green parts, not the tough stems.
- 9. Pour the 100 ml cream and lemon juice into a small saucepan.
- 10. Gently heat the mixture until it steams lightly. Don't let it boil!
- 11. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the 30 g butter until melted.
- 12. Stir the chopped dill into the warm sauce.
- 13. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper. It should taste fresh and tangy.
- 14. Place the cooked salmon fillet on a plate.
- 15. Pour the lemon-dill sauce directly over the salmon.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately. It's perfect when the sauce is creamy and glossy and the salmon remains juicy.
