Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and preheat it for 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Pat 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it!
  3. 3. Rub 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper evenly over the salmon.
  4. 4. Place the fillet in the air fryer basket. Make sure it doesn't touch the bottom.
  5. 5. Cook the salmon for 12 minutes at 180 °C, until it is golden brown.
  6. 6. Juice the lemons and set the juice aside.
  7. 7. Wash 1 bunch of dill and shake it dry.
  8. 8. Finely chop the dill leaves. Only cut the green parts, not the tough stems.
  9. 9. Pour the 100 ml cream and lemon juice into a small saucepan.
  10. 10. Gently heat the mixture until it steams lightly. Don't let it boil!
  11. 11. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the 30 g butter until melted.
  12. 12. Stir the chopped dill into the warm sauce.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper. It should taste fresh and tangy.
  14. 14. Place the cooked salmon fillet on a plate.
  15. 15. Pour the lemon-dill sauce directly over the salmon.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately. It's perfect when the sauce is creamy and glossy and the salmon remains juicy.
