🍽️ Air Fryer Potato Wedges with Herb Yogurt

Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Garlic Powder
- 150 g Greek Yogurt
- 1 TL Dill
- 1 TL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Wash the 4 potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 equal wedges.
- 3. Place the 16 wedges in a large bowl and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 4. Sprinkle 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder over the potatoes.
- 5. Toss the wedges with your hands until each piece is evenly seasoned.
- 6. Heat the air fryer to 200 °C and preheat it for 3 minutes.
- 7. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 8. Cook the wedges for 20 minutes at 200 °C, flipping them after half the time (10 minutes), until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Put the 150 g Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
- 10. Finely chop 1 tsp dill and 1 tsp parsley and add them to the yogurt.
- 11. Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
- 12. Remove the crispy wedges from the air fryer and place them on a plate.
- 13. Serve the hot potatoes immediately with the cold herb yogurt sauce.
