🍽️ Air Fryer Potato Wedges with Garlic-Dill Dip

Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Bund Dill
- 100ml Cream
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Wash the 400 g potatoes under running water.
- 2. Peel the potatoes completely with a peeler.
- 3. Cut each potato in half.
- 4. Divide each half into 4 thick wedges.
- 5. Place the 16 wedges into a large bowl.
- 6. Add the 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper.
- 7. Toss the wedges with your hands until they are evenly coated.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 9. Place the wedges in the basket without stacking them.
- 10. Cook the wedges for 15 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown.
- 11. Shake the basket vigorously to turn the wedges.
- 12. Cook them for another 5–10 minutes, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- 13. Peel the 2 garlic cloves and press them finely.
- 14. Wash the dill, pat it dry and chop it finely.
- 15. Mix the 100 ml cream with the garlic, dill and lemon juice.
- 16. Serve the hot wedges with the cold dip.
