- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- 20 g Butter

- 2. Whisk 300 ml milk and 2 eggs in a separate bowl until they are combined.
- 3. Pour the milk-egg mixture into the dry ingredients.
- 4. Stir the batter until smooth, removing any lumps.
- 5. Stir 1 tsp vanilla extract into the finished batter.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and heat it empty for 3 minutes.
- 7. Add 20 g butter to the hot air fryer and let it melt for 1 minute.
- 8. Swirl the pan so the butter spreads evenly across the bottom.
- 9. Carefully pour all of the batter into the hot, buttery form.
- 10. Bake the pancakes at 180 °C for 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through when the surface looks matte and dry.
- 11. Lightly poke the center with a fork to check if the batter is firm.
- 12. Remove the pancakes and let them rest for 2 minutes to firm up.
- 13. Cut the pancakes into wedges and serve with maple syrup.
- 14. A perfect pancake is crispy on the outside and still juicy inside when broken.
