🍽️ Air Fryer Meatballs with Tomato Ketchup and Onions

Ingredients
- 500g Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 100ml Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 20g Parsley
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 2 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a press.
- 3. Wash the 20g parsley and chop it finely.
- 4. Add the onion cubes and the garlic to a small frying pan.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in the pan and sauté the vegetables until translucent.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat and let the vegetables cool briefly.
- 7. Put the 500g minced beef, the breadcrumbs and the parsley into a large bowl.
- 8. Add the cooled onion-garlic mixture to the meat mixture.
- 9. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- 10. Knead the ingredients together with your hands to form a smooth mass.
- 11. Form 12 equal-sized meatballs from the mass.
- 12. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket and spray them with the remaining oil.
- 13. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 14. Cook the meatballs in the air fryer at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes, until firm.
- 15. Heat the 100ml tomato ketchup in a small saucepan.
- 16. Serve the hot meatballs with the warm ketchup.
