Ingredients
- 500g Ground Beef
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1 Egg
- 1 Bund Parsley
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 3. Peel the 2 garlic cloves and press them through a press.
- 4. Wash 1 bunch of parsley and chop the leaves finely.
- 5. Pat the 500 g ground beef dry with paper towels.
- 6. Put the ground beef, onion, and garlic into a large bowl.
- 7. Add the chopped parsley, 1 egg, 100 g breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- 8. Knead the mixture with your hands for about 2 minutes, until it’s firm and smooth.
- 9. Form the mixture into 20 equal-sized balls, each about 30 g.
- 10. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- 11. Cook the balls at 180 °C for about 12 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown.
- 12. Let the balls rest in the basket for 3 minutes so the juices redistribute.
- 13. Serve the balls hot. They’re perfect when they’re crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
