🍽️ Air Fryer Hash Browns with Bacon

Ingredients
- 400g Potatoes
- 100g Bacon
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 400 g potatoes and remove all eyes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into roughly 2 cm cubes.
- 3. Rinse the potato cubes briefly and pat them dry.
- 4. Dice the onion finely.
- 5. Cut the 100 g bacon into small strips.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 7. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy.
- 8. Pat the bacon dry on paper towels.
- 9. Put the potatoes and 1 tablespoon olive oil into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
- 11. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes at 180 °C, turning them halfway through, until golden brown.
- 12. Add the diced onion to the basket and stir.
- 13. Cook everything for another 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 14. Combine the potatoes, onions and bacon in a bowl.
- 15. Serve the fried potatoes immediately; they should be crispy.
