🍽️ Air Fryer Beef Steak with Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
- 200g Beef Steak
- 400g Potatoes
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 Bund Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Peel the 400 g potatoes and remove any eyes.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into even, approximately 2 cm cubes.
- 3. Pat the 200 g beef steak dry with paper towels.
- 4. Remove the needles from the 1 bunch of rosemary.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 6. Toss the potato cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, half of the salt, and half of the pepper.
- 7. Season the steak with the remaining salt and pepper.
- 8. Brush the steak with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 9. Put the potatoes in the air fryer and bake them for 15 minutes at 200 °C, until golden brown and crispy.
- 10. Shake the basket to ensure the potatoes brown evenly.
- 11. Place the steak on top of the potatoes and bake everything for another 10 minutes at 200 °C.
- 12. Take the steak out after 5 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with the rosemary needles.
- 14. Slice the steak and serve it with the potatoes.
- 15. Serve the dish when the potatoes are crispy and the steak is juicy.
