🍽️ Air Fryer Beef Meatballs with Avocado-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1 Egg
- 1 TL Paprika Powder
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 2 EL Dill
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes and ensures crispy meatballs.
- 2. Peel 1 onion and dice it finely.
- 3. Peel 2 garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 4. Put the ground beef into a large bowl.
- 5. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the meat.
- 6. Add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper, plus 1 egg.
- 7. Knead the mixture well with your hands until it is smooth.
- 8. Form 8 equal-sized meatballs from the meat mixture.
- 9. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.
- 10. Cook the meatballs at 180 °C for 12 minutes, until golden brown. Turn them after 6 minutes for even browning.
- 11. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and dice the flesh.
- 12. Put the avocado cubes into a small bowl.
- 13. Add 2 tablespoons dill and 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the avocado.
- 14. Mash the mixture with a fork to create a chunky sauce.
- 15. Serve the hot meatballs immediately with the avocado-dill sauce.
- 16. Done: The meatballs are golden brown on the outside and juicy on the inside. Perfect!
