  1. 1. Wash the 2 zucchini under running water and dry them well.
  2. 2. Cut off the ends of the zucchini and discard them.
  3. 3. Carefully scoop out the insides of the zucchini with a teaspoon to create a small shell.
  4. 4. Place the scooped-out zucchini insides on a cutting board and chop them finely.
  5. 5. Rinse the 100 g quinoa in a fine sieve under cold water until the water runs clear.
  6. 6. Put the quinoa in a pot, cover it with 200 ml water, and bring it to a boil.
  7. 7. Reduce the heat to level 2, cover the pot, and let the quinoa steam for 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  9. 9. Peel the 2 garlic cloves and chop them very finely.
  10. 10. Halve the 100 g cherry tomatoes and set them aside.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C until it beeps.
  12. 12. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion cubes for 3 minutes until translucent.
  13. 13. Add the chopped garlic and sauté it for 1 minute until fragrant.
  14. 14. Add the halved tomatoes and chopped zucchini insides to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir the cooked quinoa and the spices (1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika) into the vegetable mixture.
  16. 16. Firmly fill the zucchini shells with the filling and place them in the air fryer basket.
  17. 17. Cook the stuffed zucchini for 15 minutes at 180 °C, until a fork easily pierces the zucchini.
  18. 18. Let the zucchini sit in the air fryer for 2 minutes before plating.
