🍝 Pasta Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 80 ml olive oil
- 4 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL chili flakes
- 2 EL parsley
- nach Geschmack salt
- Optional, zum Servieren parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
- 2. While the pasta is cooking, warm olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
- 3. Sauté the garlic until it turns golden, but be careful not to burn it.
- 4. Add chili flakes and sauté for a short time.
- 5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.
- 6. Combine everything well and sprinkle in the chopped parsley.
- 7. Season with salt to taste and serve with Parmesan if desired.
