Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tomato
- 4 Scheiben Whole grain bread
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Lemon juice
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- 1 EL Fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and place the flesh into a bowl.
- 2. Use a fork to mash the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Toast the whole grain bread until it turns golden brown.
- 4. Evenly spread the mashed avocado over the toasted bread slices.
- 5. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the avocado toast.
- 6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
