🍕 Aglio e Olio Pizza Melt

Ingredients
- 400 g Ciabatta rolls (4 pieces)
- 6 Stück Garlic cloves
- 1 TL Red pepper flakes
- 4 EL Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 150 g Grated Gouda cheese
- 1 Handvoll Basil leaves
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 Fahrenheit) conventional mode.
- 2. Take the ciabatta rolls and slice each one horizontally to open them up like a hinge.
- 3. Finely mince the garlic and mix it in a small bowl with the olive oil and red pepper flakes.
- 4. Generously brush the cut sides of the rolls with the garlic oil mixture.
- 5. Evenly sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese over the rolls.
- 6. Place the rolls cheese-side up on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
- 7. Take the sheet out of the oven, sprinkle fresh basil on top, and serve the melt immediately hot.
