🍝 Quick Aglio e Olio with Basil Pesto

Ingredients
- 320 g Spaghetti
- 6 Zehen Garlic
- 30 g Basil leaves
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 2 g Chili flakes
- 10 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water with 10 g salt to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
- 2. Finely chop the 6 garlic cloves and roughly puree the 30 g basil leaves.
- 3. Heat 60 ml olive oil in a large pan and fry the garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Mix the oil with the chili flakes (2 g) and the basil (30 g).
- 5. Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss gently.
- 6. Turn off the stove, stir in the grated Parmesan (40 g) and serve immediately.
