  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water with 10 g salt to a boil and cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. 2. Finely chop the 6 garlic cloves and roughly puree the 30 g basil leaves.
  3. 3. Heat 60 ml olive oil in a large pan and fry the garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Mix the oil with the chili flakes (2 g) and the basil (30 g).
  5. 5. Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss gently.
  6. 6. Turn off the stove, stir in the grated Parmesan (40 g) and serve immediately.
