🐟 Ackee and Saltfish

Ingredients
- 200g salted cod
- 200g ackee
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 TL black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak the salted fish overnight, then rinse and break into pieces.
- 2. Cook ackee in a pot of water until tender.
- 3. Sauté onion, tomato, and bell pepper in a pan.
- 4. Add saltfish and cooked ackee, mix well.
- 5. Season with black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot.
