Ingredients
- 200 Saltfish
- 250 Ackee
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak the saltfish in water to remove the salt. After 30 minutes, rinse and break into pieces.
- 2. In a pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- 3. Add the ackee and saltfish and gently mix. Cook for 5 minutes and season with black pepper.
