🫒 Pan-Fried Olive Salad with Garlic and Chili

Ingredients
- 250 g Green olives (pitted and halved)
- 100 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
- 20 g Garlic (thinly sliced)
- 10 g Chili (fresh, finely chopped)
- 20 ml Olive oil (extra virgin)
- 5 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 10 g Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the garlic slices and chili and fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the halved olives and fry for 3 minutes until slightly crispy.
- 4. Add the drained sun-dried tomatoes and heat for 2 minutes.
- 5. Deglaze the dish with the balsamic vinegar and remove the pan from the heat.
- 6. Gently mix everything with the parsley.
